Did You Shoot and Score, Or Have You Not Even Kicked Off Yet

If you set goals at the beginning of the year, now is a good time to check in and review how you're getting on. This is especially important if you are running a business or have identified that you are not as happy as you could be and intend to do something about it.

So, have you achieved what you set out to do? Are some course corrections needed? It is okay to tweak and adjust goals as you go in order for them to continue to be relevant destinations to head towards.

Take a good look at how far you have come towards your goals and refocus on what needs to happen next in order to keeping moving towards your ideal outcome.

If you have taken no actions towards your goals then consider why this might be. For example: Do you really want to achieve that goal? Or is fear getting in your way? Or do you lack motivation or accountability to keep you moving forwards? What is stopping you?

If maintaining forward momentum is an issue for you, you might consider buddying up with a friend to share accountability. Or perhaps a coach. A coach can be especially good if you need to get clear on what it is that you really want, and to help you overcome the fears that crop up whenever we are creating change.

Whatever you do - take action!
