How To Get What You Really Want

I have done some reviewing recently of things that have happened in my life in the last few years, of how and why they came to be, and I realised that I have experienced the Law of Attraction in action.

Now for those who don't know what the Law of Attraction is, it is the concept that in life you get what you think about, you get more of how you are feeling, and you get more of who you are being.

So for me, when I was feeling desperate and unhappy, and in effect was focussing on what I didn't want, that's what I got more of. I got situations where I felt desperate and unhappy and getting exactly what I didn't want. And when I was feeling full of wonder and joy and abundance, I got more situations in my life that were full of wonder, joy and abundance.

I have been working on myself a lot recently and I saw with real clarity that this was exactly the case for me.

I knew the theory of the Law of Attraction and manifestation before, but my recent reflections on particular situations have highlighted to me on a much deeper level that when looking at what you want going forwards, your state, your mindset, and how you feel is of premium importance to how those things show up for you.

Luckily there's a time delay between what you think and feel around what you want, and when what you want comes into being. As expressed in the film The Secret, if you think of an elephant, it doesn't suddenly appear in your room. And this time delay is good because it allows you to modify your thinking and feelings around what you want, to let go of any stuff that's negative and to move any relevant stuff forwards.

So my point is that with the work I've done recently on myself, and taking a real look back at certain scenarios I've experienced, I can actually see those universal laws in practice. And this really highlights to me the importance of being in a mind state that is optimum for you. A state that you want to continue to live in as that is what you'll manifest more of. So it is important that you have daily habits that help you live in a great way, that help you to lift your spirits, that teach you and help you to look after yourself. And you do what is necessary to let go of anything that isn't serving you.

I also know that that is what my coaching is about. It's about helping you to really free yourself up from what is holding you back, and helping you to surge forwards in the direction you want to go in. So I'm really excited by this knowledge embedding deeper within me.
